My story

I don’t consider myself an artist, I just have artistic tendencies 

 Urban Clothwerks is more than a brand. It’s a self-reflective journey without boundaries that refuses to be boxed in. Urban Clothwerks started as a personal project  of healing after the death of my father, and since has expanded to encompass all my creative outlets. 

I have never been that person with that “one thing” I love to do—I aim to do it all

I am not a person that limits myself to one art, one form of expression, or one path to achievement.  When my creative energies come on, I never know how the medium for expression will play out.  I just let those energies flow. My creative drive  is unstoppable. When my computer was damaged by water, I was turning out art on my phone. I feed my mojo no matter what is thrown my way.   I see inspiration everywhere and I never want to limit my options or box-in my expression. 

 Urban Clothwerks represents how to move through my world. It’s my eyes. It’s my self-expression. It’s me sharing my creative outlet with the world. I’ve kept this project close to my chest, but now I’m ready to share it with you all, my community. 

I never know what the future holds, but I can’t wait to see what Urban Clothwerks has in store for us all.
